yes two ways to send whatsapp message from upos (there are many otherways too) use dreamcaster modules connect to wasender and send message or stackpost's waziper and send messages

Not. Cuz this version now is become to a module. For previous versions must replace files on source code.

Not compatible with Ver 4.8

In the thread there are options from version 4.8 to version 5.4 replacing files.
Since version 5.4, PosCustom exists as a module without replacing files, just installing the module
