Yes know but however until they push it to GFI, the latest is 4.93.20, I’m trying for the latest.

Enable the "mcrypt" extension in Cpanel .

That is something your hosting provider needs to enable in the server, and then it will work in PHP 7.1 for the keygen.php file. After that you can go up to 7.3 to run smoothly until I can get a new copy with the latest features.
Just tried to install this today, everything worked with the keygen, but I am getting this error, when trying to create ticket:

yeah 7.1 for keygen only, then 7.3 max for now until I get the latest version to provide.

That's cause you have to make the key.php file. You will need to get the keygen and follow the instructions on how to make it.
