Okay so storev2.css needs to be referenced in your header file for the font end view template.
Look at my index file and you'll see i added a line for it. You need to do the

Just copy and replace all the files and it should work.

Clear your cache if that doesn't work send me a screen shot of your header section in the inspect tool and the console section.

In the header section below should look like this
