Hello! I was able to fix the admin 500 issue and got the Admin page working... but I noticed the version that is shown on the admin page is v41.0.0. NOT v45.0.0. Is this correct?
Also, plugins seems to stop working after this?? Still investigating

Go to your mysql data, then payments> the click on the SQL tab on the tab, and enter the code below, then click GO:
Code:
ALTER TABLE payments ADD COLUMN total_amount_default_currency DECIMAL(10, 2) NOT NULL;

Yes, a new PWA plugin if you have, the Coupon code create throwing 500 error, and the QR code not saving issues too. If you can help me with both. (3) issues. Please check the previous replies.
