how it work....and will i face any problem in future ??

You will face as many problems as your ToS allows. Strict rules and immediate intervention in case on breaking them will give less of a headache.

There is no such thing as "great hosting in less price". Every company have its own pros and cons.
If you know exactly what do you want to offer then won't be a problem to find the company that suits your needs.
Mind that hosting is not a pot of gold but more like long term gain.

I think you need to narrow down your needs under these categories:Cheap, Customer Service, Slow Speed. You can find two but not all in one hosting company. If you want all Fast Speed,Customer Service, it will cost you.

www.contabo.com is better option in dedicated servers,
