They are all activated as a plugin but not in regards to licensing.
You should find it for each of thrive's plugin as well. I don't know why you are finding it difficult to fix this. I have been very busy these days.Found a typo on your comment.

Even after I search for licensemanager.php I can´t find anything, but if I search for license inside the theme folder I get 2 results..
