That means that the module isn't able to work with your WHMCS version/PHP so you have to figure out what version of WHMCS it will work with and use that. Otherwise disable the folder and wait until it's supported.
aapanel is a control panel, you need something like cPanel or Directadmin, Plesk. Something else. WHMCS is the billing system not a control panel for your server(s).
Sorry to say bro, but you need to learn on your own and study all about servers, control panel and different OSes before you can do something like that as it's a huge task. I have been doing it since 2008, but I started out then and have grown my skills with reading and trial, error process.
