Thanks, but is it normal than even when i import with import section in tools, i can't use this "prebluilt website", i have the same error " This demo package is not available on the cloud server. thanks for the good job @Babak, i've end up to the "filedn.com/***" link too, I can get the package from cloud manually, but not sure how to install from newly installed 21.9.9, wp5.62 and php7.4. 
If you have time, could you check on the class-Mfn-Importer-API, line 121-127. something is happening there ...
