No it was something dependencies: intl: ^ /'getter 'addressOf/ etc. Surprisingly non of any dependency changed by me in pubspec instead of flutter version.

You are using windows while I had used mac osx. Have you ever build any flutter app. May be your flutter installation prob. which is not recognizing command.
