Wordpress - Create floating images with links

Hello,

I needed some help with WordPress.
I want to create floating buttons across the site, similar to floating social share icons, which are placed on the left middle of the screen.
The idea is, when the visitor will hover over these image icons they will open and on click, go to the URL

the site uses wpbakery as the page builder.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, @Kapre, I did try it out before posting the query here. But there was very limited options in the free version.

i recommend @xsz solution, very light and easy.
