Create a prompt generator with Wordpress

Hello guys,

It's been a while the last time I used Wordpress (and, let's say that I am a Webmaster - I know how to use the builders like Elementor or Divi - but not a developer....)

Do you know if a plugin exists to create a prompt generator like those examples :

(I know those website put the github link to download the code but I will not know how to use it on Wordpress...)

What I want to do :
A form that will send the form result to my own GPT (trained with data that I have) and will generate a prompt (that you can use to Midjourney (if you choose Midjourney) or Leonardo.ai or Bing or whatever
Same as those website above but with my own database

My try :
I thought about a WP form plugin like Piotnet Forms but I don't know how to use the result (if people choose for example [IA : Midjourney; Aspect Ratio : 9:16, etc]) to send to a "homemade" gpt.
I think those websites above use their own GPT to get a clean sentence from choices we do on the form.

Go to a code repository online and grab a free prompt generator in JavaScript or HTML and then use it on your WordPress site. I have seen a few of them up there before.
