So I tried both plugins on a demo theme install. I got a license expired notice with SP, and when I tried running the available options, I got no improvement with PageSpeed and GTMetrix. Although, I saw significant progress with WPR.
I'm guessing you have a license with SP.

Mmm I don't know problem you may be having with the license, I tried nulled version from Babiato and works well. To get good results with Swift Performance you should learn how it works, because it's a plugin for professionals. Here you have a guide:

I used the current version as of today - v.2.3.6.7. A few members also expressed similar challenges.

Hmm... why is there: Trojan.JS.Downloader.ulcha detected in this version?
All other / older version didnt had that... can you double check that its safe?
