Yes you can! Dialogflow is free. However, you need the plugin key to be able to add Dialogflow.
I'm wondering how to get around this too.

i see this problem from 3.0.1 , now i have 3.0.2 with some integrations to 3.0.3(i instal it without index.php and database upgrade), can u upgrade plugin and shoptimizer theme?) i so wait them, thank you for all
