I know you said it's being hosted on a shared host, is there anything that you can do to increase the load times, it's pretty slow?

Buttons are not aligned; it looks like a mess - may consider making the boxes equal height

That's just the tech part. Not sure where you aim with that page, but I guess you will have to read a few more articles about e-commerce pages, how they need to be setup ( doesn't matter if it's just affiliate stuff ) and how crucial load times are.
