Hello yall, I have been wondering how these underground websites are working.
I have for a long time been interested in creating a website for movies and tvshows.
My question is, What is the best way to do it as in hosting provider and such to stay hidden and what payment method to use to not get traced.
We have always heard about hosting on russian hosting providers as they dont care about piracy and such but how true is this ?
