I am using ovoo / oxoo and updates sucks,. So, thinking to migrate to Next Hour but after all testing obviously.
They are updating & fixing thing up a bit faster.

I think its not the flutter version by seeing the title did you downloaded and checked it? Does it have flutter files in it?

you have to use ENGLISH no other language is allowed
you can even use google translate and post your queries here in english
Go to /resources/views/install/ And check for php version= edit from 7.3 to 7.5, and istall will continue.
Edit Servicecheck.blade.php in /resources/views/install/ and change the version as said by @Ruthless
