Bro I found it and just install it as a normal plugin, i don't think it needs to be nulled.
I wouldn't use this theme as you won't have support and the theme has a terrible update cycles, it will give you headaches on the long run.

yeah this developer is never updating his changelog, only manually updating woocommerce templates and other patches without mentioning it, so you always have to look at the last updated on themeforest...ty tho appreciate it bro
