Out of curiosity. Has anyone tried this app/theme ? Any luck installing it and configuring it ? It seems I'm not able to use either version 1.2.1 or version 1.2.2

Client is pushing to move forward buying it, but I'm not sure.

Also, the included theme, ListarWP by PassionUI, is it a lightweight version of Listar - WordPress Directory and Listing Theme by webdesigntrade ? they seem very similar somehow ....

version 1.2.1 is good and fast, but version 1.2.2 is very slow, but it's usable. ListarWP by PassionUI is a company, and Listar - WordPress Directory and Listing Theme by webdesigntrade is another company that has no app.
