[HELP] Unable to pay for google developer account ( INDIA )

I am unable to pay for google developer account, I tried Visa and mastercard, but not working. I dont have credit card. Is that a issue ?
Can some one help me.
Any other chance to pay for that developer account

Try to use Revolut app. Its international bank within your mobile. Best possible exchange rate.

There are some problems with Indian law which won't let you convert to Indian currency. However, you should still be able to hold and use any other currency including USD, EUR, CAD, etc, at interbank exchange rate with no fees.
You have virtual card for free which works fine or you can get a real one for 5 euros I think.

Because I use an app called "Walrus" it also creates a virtual card. When I tried using that card. It gives an error like,
Prepaid cards are not allowed, like this

hmm, not too sure about it. But I would still recommend Revolut. In worst scenario, I can get money from you in seconds and buy it for you (with revolut.. its like paypal except free)

My bad, that app is not launched In india. It is collecting as a queue, and said
When requests are more, then we will launch
