There is one more way to bypass the Purchase Code validation.

Go to app/Http/Controllers/InstallContoller.php go to line 111 and replace false with true. Enter any code example abcd-1234-nzjb-0987 and proceed with the installation. it should work.

I am not sure how effective this method is but for now it works :D
