If you have nulled it yourself then you can just share the particular files you changed to remove the license checks as that is only needed since untouched version is already available on forum.

Have you replaced the file in the install folder and once on the Purchase Code screen have you typed nulled and it has not worked?
I did that personally and it worked, I was able to complete installation and logged in as the Admin plus configured everything well without any issue.
I have noticed I uploaded the wrong file. The link attached is the correct install file. Just overwrite the install ->assets-> smartWizard-validation.js file with this and remember to put nulled as the purchase code.You will overwrite file in the install->assets folder with the file attached. As i told you, goto Admin -> Setting-> general not saved. pl. check screenshots. I tried many times in last two days. hope you fixed this issue. or mention mandatory installed extensions to run smooth.
