Hello,

i put the installation files in domain/chat/support/ & try to access the admin.php file to install. But i am getting 404 not found error.

please let me know why i am getting this ?

In the archive there is a folder called "supportboard". Did you upload it too or just the files that are in it?

I only upload the supportboard folder having index.php

Open the supportboard folder and only upload the files in it. There you will see admin.php file

I got the installation URL, I provided all the information & tried to submit. It is continuin circling....

i think you asking for host, so i put localhost..

I installed it successfully, but cant login with admin..I checked the user email & password in database too.

im facing error 500 on install (include/ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

Yes, I successfully installed without a key, after that it won't let me login with admin login credentials, which is an email address & password

i bought the script just for this problem but i get it
its becuz cross domain
so iff suportboard installed on
domain.com/support
it will work on domain.com
but if you installed it on domain.net and you want to display it on domain.org you cant its cross domain
