Here you go guys I just uploaded latest version of this theme with all the plugins required to run. Just manually install all plugins after installing theme and good to go. Don't forget to rate and comment if you like it.

Perhaps you have downloaded latest version V4.1 but didn't look the downloads carefully. It has all those plugins you mentioned and more in "Plugins" folder. Note: You must install these plugins from plugin folder manually. If you don't know how to install plugins manually. What are you doing here ? LOL
