[ASK] AppServ is stuck on PHP 7.3.10, needs help upgrade to PHP 8.1

i use AppServ for local web server running on my Windows 10, NVMe disk, RAM 64gb,
i choose AppServ because it is lite-weight, simple and i use for 12 years today and never had any troublesome problems.

but since PHP version stuck on PHP 7.3.10 then i cannot upgrade into PHP 8.* and above.

are there any of you guys who also use AppServ and have successfully upgraded to a minimum of PHP 8.1?

or other alternative local web server software that is quite capable and quite light?

I don't think AppServ can support PHP8
There's a community version of appserv called XAMPP_AppServ
it may come in handy.
