Hey @Babak, do you happen to know how to block the theme updates coming up?

I'm referring to the nulling of the theme, maybe the updating should be disabled as well. Thanks.

LE: I added this code to Zephyr's functions.php and it disables update notifications for the Zephyr theme:

add_filter( 'site_transient_update_themes', 'remove_update_themes' );
function remove_update_themes( $value ) {
    $your_theme_slug = 'Zephyr';
    if ( isset( $value ) && is_object( $value ) ) {
        unset( $value->response[ $your_theme_slug ] );
    }
    return $value;
}

If anyone changes the theme's folder name, just replace it in the code above (where it says 'Zephyr'). Be careful, it's case sensitive.
