Meanwhile I have narrowed this issue down to Yoast WooCommerce SEO for WordPress Plugin Premium v 14.0 which seems to be causing this along with Yoast SEO premium v 16.3

@NullMaster Does this help in any way to fix this?

I have cleared the cache with a wp-optimized and fresh install, having PHP Version - 8.0.5, and WordPress 5.7.2.
can you find where is the issue and how to fix this?
Previously version 16.2 having no issue and working fine.

this is not related to yoast.
If a php file has a space after the <?php code, it will cause a space in the xml code.
Disable the theme and plugins respectively and find the problem.

I don't seem to get it.
If I install the nulled one it says "Get premium" afterwards.
If I install both files I get two Yoast SEO and it still says "Get premium".

What am I missing ?

Not sure what it says for you, but maybe it's about connecting your site with an account to their site for Premium, but otherwise all is working fine (at least for me, version 16.4).

This killed my website :/

Sorry ignore me, its actually just Yoast itself kills wordpress. Media library opening on the social settings per page makes the CPU of my server hit 100% suddenly.. removed it and using SEO Framework fixes it

yoast does not slow down the website. It's probably mysql that's consuming the cpu. If you optimize the seo data and set the tables correctly, you will not have a problem.
