I believe you can get it to work by adding the following to the main wpml-auto-detect-and-redirect-by-ip.php right under: namespace CrivionAtEnvato;

update_option('wpmladr-functionality', 'Yes');

When you add a lot of redirects, then later for these countries shows a 403 error
