they obviously made a mistake when adding txt file. The plugin is 3.3.13. If you install it, you will see.

They have not released 3.3.20 yet, not sure where you are getting that version number from.
He meant the free version 3.3.20.
The latest pro version is 3.3.19 (not 3.3.18).

Since themewinter are the developers, I have adopted their info. Correction made to version info of update.
