I just tested on a clean install. If you are updating then it must be a cache issue or a database entry from previous!

it is not nulled.
to null it, edit includes/lfb_admin.php
and add:

$rep->purchaseCode = "ACTIVE";

at line 639, just before return $rep;

If I edit a form. First step, then I get the little ball turning and nothing happens... Also I see a 404 error under, even if I click on preview I get 404 Error... does anyone have the same problem and a solution?

Hi i was facing the same problem and it has been fixed upgrading my fastestcache plugin.
I hope to help anyone else who had this problem.
