but if you use the template from meta it works.

also when someone sends a photo, it can't be read, it just displays a blank image.

Maybe someone is experiencing the same thing and is there a solution?

Solved. I can make bot reply with button now. Im using cpanel. All works fine. But its fresh install not update 2.0 to 2.1

Have you tried making WhatsApp Embedded SignUp bro? I always fail Callback URL 500 Internal server error when verifying on Facebook dev

Issue is with Permanent access token... you missed to assign asset before generating permanent access token
