User Creates New "Brand" from WPForms

I would really love if someone can help me into figuring a working logic trough this.

I have a user registration that in some field has to add a "New" Brand as they will upload then some works for it.

So actual logic is i added a short text index when they register to then manually add that "Brand" into the taxonomy.

So when i receive the mail i have to leave what im doing to add that Brand into taxonomy.

Is there a way to bind the user with the brand? Such as Custom post type or something like that?

Please help me as i really need to develop this.

I'm willing to tip who can bring me some guidance on where to start.
