My friend it's very hard to use tictic on shared hosting it's need FFmpeg and mostly shared hosting doesn't allow to use ffmpeg

I have setup database on mobileapp_api/app/config/constant.php

And i have added admin link and api key on portal/config

Error is when i enter credentials and click on submit. Its going stuck. And its saying server not responding.. plz help unable to login on admin panel
