Taobao, Tmall, JD.com web scraper & create order?

Hi, i've been looking for a script/code for converting taobao/tmall link to create a product order. Similar to buymall.com.my/en.html.
Cannot find this on codecanyon. Basically all the web contents/products were scraped from taobao/tmall website, then displayed on our own website + can put certain margin on the pricing.
Anyone can suggest any ready made script/software for this purpose? or anyone able to develop this?

May not be such a good idea unless a human cleans up the data first. But that defeats the purpose.
