searching for a booking plugin

The same I am looking for (for evaluation). The plugin itself is free, but I will eventually have to use (yes, purchase) at least one of the plugins to get the required functionality.
Maybe there is some other plugin that allows the following ?
Required:
Booking system for multiple courses (different products), each course with a selectable manager (site owner, or external with limited privileges)
Online or in-place at different locations (selectable)
Courses should be able to overlap in time (since they might be held at different locations or online and with different educators)
Group booking, where the company buying the course purchases 'seats' and enter participant details (name, email and phone)
Confirmation email sent to individual participants
Reminders to individual participants and the customer responsible for booking the event ('group manager')
Bonus:
Reminders to participants using SMS
Probably more that will come up, but of course 'easy to use' for all categories (those who set up information for new courses, those who schedule the course, group booking manager, course owner etc)
