Reduce Disk Space

I am currently on shared hosting using WordPress. There's only images and some blogs with 3 subdirectories using WordPress each totaling 161 GB disk space.

To make the load faster, I want to move it to VPS however, there seems to be a limit on SSD storage. So, Are there a lot of useless files in my files and how can I find them and delete them. Are there any other way to make it load faster? Any suggestion is appreciated.

check the log files also! they sometime blows out of proportions

Just removed unnecessary files, their backups, and leftovers of deleted plugins and themes. Decreased by around 14 GB. Any other suggestions?

if you enabled the cache then purge it.
Check your mailboxes if there's a lot of big mail delete the unnecessary mail.
Especially, If you use LiteSpeedCache flush the cache files.
