I would redo the install and it should clear the errors

for people having troube with the cron job , it work very well with https://cron-job.org , simply make a task and put
http://yoursiteurl.com/cron/image/00000000000 replace with your cronjob number in admin panel of ovoo

MAKE YOUR DB TO utf8_unicode_ci ignore utf8mb4
