You can try and do it yourself.
In order to get the same font use something like this:
myfonts(dot)com/pages/whatthefont
It will tell you which font is being used, or a very similar font.
As for the star at the end, Just search google for a star png.
Once you have all that, you could do it on Photoshop or Illustrator (you can even do it on Paint).
