Hello @phpCore , I installed in my multi-site environment, in the main site work fine, but in the other subsites, is asking for license and i can't get the premiun features, any idea how to fix this please?

Make a fresh install. then it will work.

Freemius is loaded only one time.
It uses the function_exists function, so if the untouched Freemius is loaded first, the patched one is not loaded.

how can I remove the untouched Freemius from the database

How ever the Add-on delivery manager premium does't work since delivery manager menu is not appearing...
Is that something wrong with my install or i don't know how to use it or the nulling affect the pluging?

I modified this plugin to use with www.whatsender.it. I completely removed Twilio
