I wanted to know there are many themeseforest and envato html templates uploaded here.. is it safe to use them without copyright issue? I mean someone else has bought and I am using it downloaded from here?

License issue using any Themeforest/Envato Template?

Normally it would be safe.. If the theme/plugin is nulled it means that they are modified to work without the license.
I see most of templates shared in SITE TEMPLATE section with no mentioning of it being whether nulled.
You are mentioning about "Copyright" so it does not matter "nulled or not". It is safe to use the template if those under the GPL licence. But rules may depend by the government/country laws.
