This version have an issue that even if you change the current SMS Gateway from setting but it will still keep sending SMS from Twilio.
So for you have to do some minor changes in the code to make it use the current Active SMS Gateway.
Instructions:
1. Open File "modules/lead_manager/controllers/Lead_manager.php"
2. Goto the Line Number 182 under the send_sms function.
3. Change
"$retval = $this->sms_twilio_lead_manager->send("
with
"$retval = $this->{'sms_'.$activeSmsGateway['id']}->send("
4. You have done.

I also experienced some issues in emails. But I have successfully integrated it with WhatsApp.
yes we can do this by modifying the system.
Steps:
1. Setup "regular-whatsapp-gateway-v432-multi-device" and login with your WhatsApp.
2. Modify the SMS Gateway in CRM and make it compatible with the API for the tool mentioned above. You are ready to send messages from CRM that will be route through your WhatsApp.
3. Now need to do some minor customization in Leads Manager Module to Receive the Message forwarded from "regular-whatsapp-gateway-v432-multi-device" .
4. You are done.
Brother I have already installed regular-whatsapp-gateway-v432-multi-device in my host can you please share sms modify file and leads manager modify files so I will replace my WhatsApp apis to make it functional
