https://www.godaddy.com/en-ie/websites/website-builder and wondering if there's an AI WordPress Builder platform that can do same and allow the website to be exported?

By manner of speaking buying a completely built Premium WordPress Template (complete with plugins and fully built demos) is a far faster way to go than depending on AI.
The reason is that unless you're not looking at the big picture... A premium WordPress Template is a combination of function, functionality and most importantly configuration of several premium pro plugins eg Slider Revolution Pro, Elementor Pro, Contact Forms 7, WooCommerce, Social Login, Mailing etc) and with themes, menus, widgets, responsive configuration, CSS, bootstrap, mobile responsive layouts, browser exceptions etc). I'm confident in future AI will get there. It's perhaps not yet there today. AI today fares better with simple, straightforward UI design with menu generation projects. However, expecting an AI render (already limited by number of text output tokens) to do better than Elementor + Elementor Pro (a mere plugin alone comprised of more than a million lines of code) with all its options, config, template blocks et al today may be a tad too much.
That said, there are two types of WordPress Premium Template development firms, those who lazily populate their pages with Latin (Ipsum lorem dolor) pages and do not bundle the graphics and those who deliver FULLY completed sites with relevant excellent text and images for demos to kick off.
Simply go with the latter and you will already be far ahead of anyone hoping on AI. Some of those Template publishers deliver sites so awesome if you're willing to spend some time leafing through that all you need do is change Site Name and the client site is 95% ready. For the additional 5% you may request you client to provide the replacement graphic or text if they claim they don't like any section.
That's just about that. It's noteworthy that Web Design involves time or work or outsourcing. Above is the path of least resistance.
