yeah he created a whole new thread just to post his link i told him why not just post it in the request section or post it as a resource and wait until get approved that's all and he pm that

Personally I would have just rejected the report and left it at that.

To my interpretation it seems that Promonde was reporting it under the ponzi/hyip script rule - a rule which I don't think actually applies in this case.

As for the creating the new thread thing well I hadn't even joined Babiato when the thread was created so for all I know the rules might have been different then.

That's just my 2 cents though
