i'm trying to replicate on my website , using Elementor, the scrolling effect seen in homepage @ https://notoriousink.se (this website is not made with WP-Elementor)
when scrolling up the first section, it show an underneath section.
anyone can help?
i've tried playing around with Z-index and SCROLL EFFECT but can create only STACK effect (when sections stop at the top of the page and below sections add on top of each other) but cannot replicate this effect.
