I tried it. The same thing. The issue was resolved by rolling back to version 49 and installing updates to the latest one.
By the way, can you tell me where to dig? You need to translate several languages in the admin panel. If the admin panel is in English, then everything should be in English. Russians Russian is the admin panel, then everything should be in Russian. For example, in the Service module with the English locale, everything is in English, and when I switch the locale to Russian, everything is also in English.

No need to install it! composer i and php artisan optimize && php artisan cache:clear && php artisan route:cache && php artisan view:clear && php artisan config:cache && php artisan storage:link && php artisan key:generate && php artisan migrate --seed

I have a registration by phone of the supplier and the authorization works with a bang. I rewrote the code myself.
