Probably you're doing something wrong, all styles are there..i suggest you take a look on:

• Check if the folders is the same of my screenhot.
• PHP Server Requirements - Check the documentation here.
• Check files permissions.
• Sometimes the One Click Installation don't finish properly. Move files manually.

If you can't find the files, here is:
- Move this "style.css" to base theme (caregiver) folder.
- Move this "css" folder to base theme folder too.
