How many resources did you tried to download and from which hosting provider?
The issue is OP using AdF.ly before go to the download link. AdF.ly allow their script so they can popup their ads before go to the download link. As AdF.ly is not secure and try to download their own script first to user PC, many antivirus and ads blocker not allow AdF.ly. That's why you are having issues.
