DeepSound v1.3 Update Documentation

Note:

This update is just for who is using 1.2.1, if you are using old versions, please update version per version without skipping any updates.

1) How To Update

- BACKUP, BACKUP, AND BACKUP everything, files, DATABASE.

- Upload "update.php" file located on "Update Guide/v1.3" folder to your server.

- Upload and overwrite ALL files/folders (SELECT ALL) file(s) located inside "Update Guide/v1.3/Script/" folder to your server, if you have renamed your theme, please open "Update Guide/v1.3/Script/themes/default/" and upload & overwrite ALL files/folders to your theme folder.

- Once the files are uploaded, open and run http://www.YOURSITE.COM/update.php

- Note: Don't run "update.php" file till all the files are uploaded.

- Refresh your page, Done !

No, I didn't try the app

ISSUE: Deepsound Script don't load Genres. Only save images.

ERROR when insert in DB.

INSERT INTO langs (`english`, `spanish`, `lang_key`) VALUES ('test7', 'test7', 'cateogry_12');

"Error": Field 'options' doesn't have a default value

SOLUTION:

Set 2 single quotes as default value in 'options' field -> table 'langs'.

You can use phpmyadmin or with code:

SQL:

ALTER TABLE `langs` ALTER `options` SET DEFAULT '';

Steps in phpMyAdmin:

NOTE: Tables 'categories' and 'langs' are parents and have/has relation. Reset your identities fields if you wish.
