I have licence, but every change for my address is on payment.
I can't change my address from software because is lock. The last time they have modified this file DIETOSYS.CFG and they send me this file modified and told me to put it in this directory with these procedure

C: \ Programs (or Programs (x86) \ DS Medica \ DS Nutrition
(within which you will find the following file: DIETOSYS.CFG)

2. Rename the file from DIETOSYS.CFG to DIETOSYS.CFG.old

3. Copy the file attached to this email: "DIETOSYS.CFG" always in the same directory:
C: \ Programs \ DS Medica \ DS Nutrition

I tried to open this file DIETOSYS.CFG with block notes window program but when i open it, it is encrypted.

Not much anyone can do here, your best bet would be to find someone to reverse the main program that most likely contains (maybe not if it's outsourced) the encryption key of this file.

There is no decoding something you don't have the encryption key for. If the dev of the app took active measures to prevent this file from being read by something else than his program, this is definitely not a simple xor byte shifting, it needs a key. You have as much chance to decrypt this as trying to decrypt files that got crypted from a ransomware.
