Hello, unfortunately there is no chance to install a theme without a purchase code. When you enter the purchase code, all plugin functions are activated.
Without this, there is no sending letters, no registration, no uploading photos, etc.
Two days of nightmare, zero result.
As a result, the theme was purchased and everything works with a bang.
The author is an adequate and decent person, provides support almost around the clock and for free, works to improve the topic.
