Contabo have the best price/value vps offers that I've seen, ever.
The only drawback if you run high traffic websites is the 100mbps connection.

I can confirm the CPU and Memory resources are real. tested

No. For these cases you must use an offshore company; the servers are usually located in the Netherlands and Russia, where DCMA policies are often ignored.

as a customer for the past six years Contabo vps is not recommended if you have a high bandwidth usage and are under DDoS attack.

I would recommend OVH VPS (Yes, it has a small disc space compared to Contabo. However, powerful )

7.5 years customer of Contabo. Mostly warez sites, They do ignore DMCA, the only complaints they ask me to take action was a trademark dispute and some flooding done from my hacked wordpress install. All solved, no problems. Using the VPS L plan with aapanel and handles well. Recommending.

Awesome service. I have the 5.99 euro vps. No downtime faced in last 7-8 months. I use caprover to host my sites.
